Roles at IKON

Consultant / Sr. Consultant will be responsible for executing multiple consulting projects related to development and implementation of marketing strategies, market opportunity studies, consumer insights, international marketing, branding and other consulting services IKON provides. He or she will also be tasked with providing support to other departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparing consulting proposals and support seniors in signing the consulting contract with client
• Diagnosing client’s problems, understand business environment and preparing the reports
• Understanding client’s market environment and preparing market and consumer insights
• Leverage problem solving skills and framework to develop solution
• Documenting developed solution , preparing presentation and presenting it to clients
• Supporting client in implementing recommended solution by supervising, training and measuring performance
• Visiting and working at client location as and when requires for project related work
• Serving client for their requirements of reports, solution and any other services within decided project scope
• Managing all project work and maintaining schedule
• Supporting seniors during entire project lifecycle
• Contributing to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank by preparing market insights, consumer insights and whitepapers
• Contributing in promotional and branding activities of IKON through public speaking, article writing, media pitch and social media engagements
• Assisting seniors in other admin and project management work of consulting assignments

Required Capabilities:

• MBA or Master degree with Marketing specialization
• 4-6 years of work experience in strategic marketing with any management consulting firm
• Sound problem solving and analytical skills
• Good at developing marketing strategies and plan
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
• Quick learner, Innovative thinker with leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Can travel across India & abroad as and when require for consulting work
• Can work independently and in a team environment
• Effective project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
