Role Summary

Partner will be responsible for growth of IKON. He/she will be developing and implementing firm’s growth and marketing strategies for generating targeted revenue for the consulting services IKON provides. He/she will be leading the consulting team managing multiple consulting projects from entry to termination level. He/she will also be responsible for build strength of IKON’s consulting practice and brand in the market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement firm’s growth and marketing strategies
    • Create market opportunities for all the consulting services of IKON
    • Participate in promotional and branding activities of IKON through public speaking, article writing, media pitch and social media engagements
    • Manage recruitment and retention of team of consultants
    • Achieve the revenue targets for the consulting practice for attainment of firm’s business targets and profitability
    • Contribute to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank
    • Develop practice expertise and establish new lines of practice
    • Track the trend in consulting industry and identify the growth opportunities
    • Guide and mentor the consulting team and help them grow and deliver quality solution to clients
    • Plan and execute project delivery plan with team of consultants
    • Manage and contribute to consulting projects throughout project life cycle
    • Manage the financial aspects of the projects, such as client payment, project budgets, expenditures, research & development and ROI.
    • Build client relations and create positive testimonials and references of the client
    • Meet the clients to understand their problems and requirements of consulting solution
    • Contribute and guide in preparing consulting proposals and singing the consulting contract with client
    • Visit at client location or anywhere in the world as and when requires

Required Capabilities:

    • MBA or Master degree with Marketing specialization
    • 12-15 years of work experience in strategic marketing with any corporate or management consulting firm
    • Strong business acumen ,leadership and entrepreneurial skill
    • Good knowledge of business and consulting market
    • Quick learner, Innovative thinker and result orientation
    • Good in building relations, networks and negotiation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Can travel across India & abroad as and when require
    • Can work independently and in a team environment
    • Effective project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
    • Passion, personal alignment, and commitment to the mission of IKON
