Roles at IKON

Principal Consultant will be responsible for developing clients and revenue generation for the consulting services IKON provides. He/she will be managing multiple consulting projects from entry to termination level with the team of consultants and associates. He/she will also be contributing in developing and implementing firm’s growth strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing the clients and generating revenue for the consulting services
• Identifying opportunities and generating leads
• Meeting clients to understandtheir problems and requirements of consulting solution
• Preparing consulting proposals and singing the consulting contract with client
• Planning and executing project delivery plan with team of consultants
• Guiding and mentoring the team and help them grow and deliver quality solution to clients
• Managing the financial aspects of the projects, such as client payment, project budgets, expenditures, research and development, and ROI.
• Visiting and working at client location as and when requires for project related work
• Managing client relations and creating positive testimonials and references of the client
• Contributing to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank by preparing market insights, consumer insights and whitepapers
• Contributing in promotional and branding activities of IKON through public speaking, article writing, media pitch and social media engagements
• Tracking the trend in consulting industry and identifying growth opportunities
• Developing and implementing growth and marketing strategies of IKON
• Participate in recruiting team of consultants

Required Capabilities:

• MBA or Master degree with Marketing specialization
• 10-12 years of work experience in strategic marketing with any corporate or management consulting firm
• Sound problem solving and analytical skills
• Good at developing marketing strategies and plan
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
• Quick learner, Innovative thinker withleadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Can travel across India & abroad as and when require
• Can work independently and in a team environment
• Effective project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
